Founder: Preston Harts and Coach Robert "Bob" Smith; Historian - Coach Horace C. Savage Jr.; and other committee members were Cornelius Harding, William Leslie Harding, Sr. Deceased committee members are: Phyllis Moody Angus, Lee Booth, Russell Copeland, Walter “Doc” Hurley, Grant Jones, Ollie Lassiter, and James Norcom, Jr.
Message from the President
We would like to give thanks and recognition to those who worked so very hard with the executive committee to reveal our vision to make I. C. Norcom Athletic Hall of Fame second to none. A hardy welcome goes out to all the patrons that participated in making this moment unforgettable and their continued support greatly appreciated. A sense of regards to all inductees and their families for sharing such gratitude, outstanding accomplishments and achievements.

Norcom Athletic Hall of Fame is to capture and recognize the great athletes who have passed through the magnificent halls of our beloved high school.
